Blister
Blisters, in simple terms, are fluid filled bubbles that appear on the skin. It is actually a raised portion of epidermis, the upper layers of skin that is filled by body fluids such as plasma, blood, serum or pus. Blisters can also occur as a symptom of other underlying conditions. Blisters are usually found on the feet and hands.

- Do not break or pop the blisters
- Use protective paddings
- Use ice packs for relief
